• Bella is a 3 year old purebred Connemara mare, she is standing 14.2hh at present and will easily make 15hh.
• She is a stunning mare with a gorgeous kind nature, she is a dream in every way!
• She has been produced slowly and is showing great potential, she is very willing to please and is easy to ride with a soft snaffle mouth.
• Bella rides in a lovely outline, she has three comfortable paces, Bella is a straight mover.
• She has a beautiful free walk, she trots with an active hind end though her shoulder and she has an uphill canter. Three beautiful paces!
• Bella is a pleasure to ride, she is easy and quiet, she has a lot of potential as a dressage horse but she also shows ability to jump.
• She has jumped up to 90 cm here with potential to jump higher in the future, she is super honest and brave, she wants to jump and she also loves cross country, always willing to jump.
• She should make an ideal mother daughter share or novice ride, she is a people pleaser and so much fun to work with!
• Bella is not only very nice to ride and in traffic, she is an absolute sweetheart on the ground. She will trot up to you in the field when you want to catch her, she is easy to shoe and box.

• Bella is very well bred, her sire is Moonlight Silver Shadow who’s a son of Silver Shadow and the mare Bibi.

Silver Shadow the International Show Jumping Connemara Stallion Cloonisle Cashel x Poetic Moonlight. One of the very top performing Connemara ponies on the European circuit, Shadow has excelled at the highest levels of competition in Ireland, Sweden, and Italy.This great stallion that has done the Connemara pony breed some unbelievable achievements, a European team pony in 2010, competing in Moorsele in Belgium and Aachen in Germany before being sold to the famous Kolgjini family in Sweden.

His dam Bibi is well known in the Connemara world, next to Moonlight Silver Shadow she is the Dam of the  class 1 Stallions Coral Ross and Coral Gold.

• Bellas dam Criminagh Victoria  is by Teach More King who’s a son of Currachmore Cashel and Liushmar Lady Donna.  Her Dams Bloodlines go back to Village Boy, Ashfield Bobby Sparrow, Coral Star, Westside Mirah and Robin Hood.

Currachmore Cashel who is a grandson of BRIDGE BOY. Bridge Boy was three times winner in Clifden 1963, 1965, 1967. Currachmore Cashel is The 2008 All-Ireland Supreme Champion of Champions, twice winner of the stallion class at the Dublin Horse Show and  Supreme Champion at the RDS.

Lishmar Lady Donna as a youngster has been placed in many shows. In 2003 she was placed 2nd in the 2 year old filly class in Clifden. In recent times she has represented Ireland at Hickstead. She was the only Connemara Pony to do so.
