Super easy, laid back and safe, ideal Pony Club pony!

• Ivy is a 4 year old purebred Connemara gelding, he is standing 14.1hh at present.
• He is quiet to ride, he is a rather laid back pony then too sharp, he loves cross country and takes everything in his stride, rather slow than too fast, which makes him an ideal pony for novice kids, he doesn’t get strong or silly.
• Ivy is super easy to ride, he is quiet and calm, but not a kick along, he is super fun!
• He is a little allrounder, Ivy loves Cross country, he is honest, he wants to jump, he is nice to ride on the flat and he will jump a course of fences up to 80 cm at the moment, he has loose jumped up to 1 meter.
• He should be suitable for a novice kid, mother daughter share, riding school, pony club activities.
• He is great to hack out with, he is good in traffic and hacks out alone or in company.
• He is well bred, his Sire is Derryveeney Lad, who has produced really well made prize winners over the years. Derryveeney Lad is by Dunally Lad, a well known Stallion who has competed at several shows and always came home with a ribbon, he is a stunning Class 1 stallion!
• Ivy’s dam is Ivy House Lady who is by Island Lad.
• Ivy is a fantastic Pony for a young teenager or child, moving up from smaller ponies but don’t feel confident enough for a competition type.
• He is easy to hack out, alone or in company, easy to shoe, box, catch, ride and in traffic.
• He has no stable vices and is open for any vetting.
