• He is a perfect schoolmaster, you name it, he’d done it!
• Freddy has competed successfully up to elementary dressage with scores up to 69%!
• He is an absolute dream horse, a True schoolmaster! Super easy to ride and snaffle mouthed.
• He has hunted, competed with dressage Ireland, has done unaffiliated jumping and xc, charity rides and riding club!
• He is an ideal horse for someone who wants to have fun, learn on an experienced horse or compete. He is easy and quiet to ride, good to hack out, alone or in company, he is good in traffic.
• Freddy has been in his previous home for 10 years, he is a real family horse, he loves attention, he is sweet and kind natured.
• Freddy has established dressage movements including lateral work such as shoulder in and leg yield, he is balanced in his counter canter, he has a great extended trot and canter, he stays in a lovely Outline and has a soft snaffle mouth.
• Freddy is a horse you can learn on and move up the classes, not only at dressage, he is super at jumping and xc as well.
• He has jumped here up to 1m under saddle, he is easy and honest, he loose jumps over 1.20m.
• He also loves cross country, he takes everything in his stride, not fussed by anything, he knows the job and does it.
• Freddy is a confidence giver, he wants to please and doesn’t put a foot wrong.

• He has full recorded breeding, his Sire is Ashfield Festy. His offspring has competed up to 2* eventing. Ashfield Festy is one of the pony’s that influenced  the Connemara breed of today!
• Freddys dam sire is Seafield Pookhaun who’s dam is no other mare than GLOVES MISTY.
  Amongst her accomplishments she was Clifden Supreme Champion In 1982, 1986 & 1988.

  The only mare to date to win the Supreme Championship in Clifden three times.

  Also Reserve Championship in Clifden on two occasions.

  Supreme Champion at the RDS Dublin Horse Show on her sole appearance there.
  “Gloves Misty” the Dam of “Poetic Justice”, and the Great Grand-Dam of Silver Shadow.
  In addition to Poetic Justice she also produced a line of other top quality Stallions including Canal Misty Fionn, Gurteen Boy, Seafield Pookhaun, Gloves Duke, Gloves Bobby, Ben Baun and Gloves Misty Owen.

  And Her daughter “Gurteen Misty” by Silver Rocket, Dam of “Coral Misty” who was Winner of the Supreme Championship in Clifden on 2 occasions.
